In the 1956 children's book, The Hundred and One Dalmatians, the adults dogs are Pongo and Missis Pongo, often referred to as Missis. There is a dog named Perdita who has been abandoned and helps them take care of the puppies; her long lost love, another Dalmatian named Prince, finds her toward the end of the book.
In the 1961 Disney film, One Hundred and One Dalmatians, the two adult dogs are named Pongo and Perdita.

∙ 13y agoPongo is the father and Perdita is the mother. Some of the puppies include Lucky, Thunder, Rolly, Patch, Pepper, Dipstick, Penny, Cadpig, Freckles, Purdy, Wizzer, Jewel, Two-Tone, Fidget, and Spotty.
