In Star Wars Episode 1, The Phantom Menace, Anakin is working in a junk shop on Tatooine when Obi-Wan, Padme, and R2-D2 come inside to haggle for parts for their malfunctioning ship. When Anakin and Padme are alone in the store, he asks her if she is an angel. She appears confused, so he tells her that other pilots that came into the store had told him that angels are the most beautiful creatures in the universe.
The first official movie (IV) never has Anakin. But these people did play him: Jake Lloyd (I) Hayden Christiansen (II & III) Sebastion Shaw (VI) replaced by Christiansen in 2004 DVD version
Darth Vader is "so mean" because he has fallen to the dark side of the force, he no longer wishes to do good (until the end of episode 6). Also he was nearly burned to death by lava after having all of his limbs, except for a robotic arm, cut off. So now he has to walk around in an uncomfortable suit and he killed the love of his life. So I'd say he has a right to be a little grumpy. Technically, he didn't kill the 'love of his life'. He was lied to by the Emperor when he told Anakin that he could save Padme from death, which you can't, because like Yoda said, death is a natural thing that can't be stopped. Still don't understand why he has to go around choking people though!

If by third film, you mean Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith, the answer is nearly the entire Jedi Order (the ones shown are Ki-Adi-Mundi, Aayla Secura, Plo Koon, and Stass Allie), Senator Padme Amidala, Count Dooku, and General Grievous. But if by third film you meant Episode 6: Return of the Jedi, the answer is Jabba the Hutt and many of his henchmen, Anakin Skywalker (no longer Darth Vader), the Emperor, many Ewoks and many Imperial troops
Anakin was a slave child on Tatooine who was rescued, trained in the ways of the Force by Obi-Wan Kenobi, turned to the dark side of the force and became Darth Vader, was a sith, and turned back to the light side to save his son and killed the sith lord Darth Sidious, aka Emperor Palpatine.

Simple three and four letter words are most appropriate for a 1st grade spelling test. If your child is already past this, you can try simple five letter words.
