There may be lots of inaccuracies that will only be obvious to individuals who studied the history of the Second World War and and its accompanying social issues extensively.
The film starts off with a large inaccuracy. The deportation of French Jews started much later in the war, June 1942. In the film the Jewish family is said to have been in hiding from deportations for nine months, thus implying that deportations started in 1940, since the opening scene takes place in the first half of 1941.
Around this time French Jews were rounded up by Vichy officials, not gunned down by German colonels.
Paris was liberated by General Leclerc in August 1944, but the main bulk of the film is set in 1945 (4 years after 1941), a point at which the Allies were making their way to and through Germany - depending on the month, Hitler might have even been in his bunker (or dead), rather than out in the open.
In his conversation with the French Farmer, the German Colonel mentions the death of Reinhard Heydrich, A member of the SS, who in reality died in June, 1942, not 1941.
Hitler was an ascetic.
There may be some more obscure inaccuracies here and there, but no. 1 ranks as the most important, since changing the Holocaust timeline with almost two years overrides the influences of a great many important events and complex sequences of decisions.
Further inaccuracies may be the numerous improbable events happening in the film, such as Hitler attending a poorly guarded cinema in Paris at such a late stage in the war, which allied bombers could have raised to the ground easily. Whether they would have spared the area of Paris out of respect for the City of Light, can be disputed.
Also the character, Hugo Stiglitz, who idiscriminately kills off his fellow countrymen in a very intimate fashion, without attempting to find out about their convictions first, seems far fetched.
