In my personal opinion, I think his best film is the original, The Nutty Professor (1963), also starring Stella Stevens. Jerry Lewis manages the transition from the nerdy Professor Julius Kelp to the suave and sophisticated Buddy Love, so well. There are some great gags in the movie.
