Back at "Greely's" for the shootout... both whiskies are seen on the bar and tables and he is seen taking a shot just before killing Little Bill(Gene Hackman). It is unknown from that angle which bottle he chooses. But if you rewind the scene to the view from the billiards area, it can be seen that the Johnathan Collier bottle is the only one left standing.
