It might happen, but Kishimotohasn't really developed any romantic relationships between any characters. Though Hinata has confessed so we'll see what happens from there. I think that Naruto will be with Hinata she confessed her love Naruto probably realized that he always loved her too and he also may have Realized that he has to chose between Sakura and Hinata. I think he chose Hinata but it is also possibly hell chose Sakura. There are more narhina moments in Naruto only 2 in Shippuden for all i know. I dont recall any Narusaku moments. But Hinata deserves Naruto she loves him for who he is. She thought that he was strong even when he couldn't do a simple shadow clone. Sakura only knows that Naruto is strong because how he always surprises evryone in missions. But in the end even in Naruto choses Sakura Hinata wouldn't care of course she would be sad but all she wnats is or him to be happy even if he goes out with other girls or something. If he wasn't happy with her (which i doubt habe you seen her new racks.....lolz) she would actually break up with him cause she wants him happy no matter what soo NARUHINA FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!

Hinata did not die, she was unconscious from pain trying to kill her. Though Sakura awoken Hinata from being unconscious.

As of now, it appears she has feelings for both guys, but Sakura hasn't said who she loves herself since part 2 begin. As for Hinata, Naruto would likely be grateful for what Hinata did, but nothing will come out of it since he loves Sakura. I agree. Sakura did say she loves Naruto, but she could have very well been lieing. Naruto won't love Hinata, as said above. No offense to you, but why does it matter what happens to Hinata anyway? She's a side character and not very important to the plot at all. He doesn't really happens what happens to her.
