his curse mark oroachimaru gave him would keep on hurting him after he fight someone and eventually mess his chakra up so he could fight with limited chakra for his moves. so eventually he can go or not go his decision. he can go and regain his chakra or stay and hurt from the mark with limited chakra!!!!!!!!!!!!!
