I would advise them to live their life free and happy, to always try their hardest, and to be proud of who they are not of who they want to be. I would also tell them that life is what you make it, so to treat everyday as your last and do exactly what you want to do. Lastly, I would tell them to live their life to the max and get everthing out of it they want. No matter how hard they try, they will always find a way to achieve their dreams.

I do not believe it would be easier to push do to the fact the crate would then be top heavy and would have the tendency to tip over easily. Unless the center of gravity was towards the bottom and Johnny was pushing at the bottom.
