It is hard to say, as this was originally a movie. It was also a juvenile book by noted Spy writer Ian Fleming ( his only juvenile offing), and there were various spin-offs, toys, hobby kits, based on the Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang auto. More recently it was made into a Broadway play and the custom car was again revived. It has been through many variations, difficult to err, Pull License plate numbers!
