Start training in a Wrestling dojo. Go to promoters in your area and get yourself put in matches. Get yourself noticed doing that. Then if that works, you can try to get a development contract with the WWE, which will mean you'll wrestle in FCW (Florida Championship Wrestling) which is where WWE send wrestlers to either be trained, or to tweak their skills to improve.
Go on YouTube, you can see a match between Sheamus and Drew McIntyre for the FCW World Heavyweight Title just before they were drafted into the WWE.
