Elana appeared on a few TV programs and a couple of movies. She married Israeli playwright Nissim Aloni in 1962 and they divorced three years later. She then married composer Fredric Myrow, now deceased, by whom she has three daughters, Neora, Rachel, and Shira.
She still lives in the Los Angeles area.
