The first God of War game was released in March 2005 on the PS2, released by Sony's Santa Monica Computer Entertainment divison. The second God of War game, simply titled God of War II, was also released on the PS2, in March 2007. The third God of War was released yet again in March, in 2010, but it was on the PS3 rather than the PS2.

∙ 12y agoIt will not be released for the PS2 if you mean God of War III God of War and God of War II were out March 22 2005 and March 13 2007 God of War III for the PS3 was released March 16 2011 and earlier God of War releases have been made for the PS3
