When are Wheel of Fortune episodes shown?

The show airs each weekday prior to prime time. In the Eastern and Pacific time zones, this may be at 7:00 or 7:30 PM. In the Central time zone and elsewhere, it may be shown at 6:00 or 6:30 PM. They run new episodes Monday through Friday from early September until late May or Early June.

During the summer, episodes of the current season are repeated until the new season begins. Saturday episodes are always reruns of earlier episodes and are never new except when a station preempts an earlier episode and decides to show it on Saturday. The Wheel of Fortune new episodes have been the highest-rated syndicated shows for over 20 years. The Game Show Network will show episodes from earlier seasons that cannot be seen elsewhere.
