lol yes he is. he admitted it on bbc news at a round 9:00 am 1st September 2010.he actually thought the idea of him being the stig wouldn't go to smoothly, and people would find out. but he was wrong, and for years he has been the stig without getting found out. he was recognised as captain slow and now, the glorious stig.im serious >:l(lol couldn't make a better ending)
