From the site: English Dub versions are made ~4-5 months after the Japanese release. Altough if an anime finished airing, English Dubbed version can be airing every week. We track and update animes everyday one by one.
Try veoh.com or, if that doesn't work, go on youtube! i found out it doesn't work if you just type in kodocha in the search box. You have to find specific people who post kodocha and go to their channel and watch them.

Because your local affiliate stopped airing them, it's really that simple.
you don't , cause you can't, cause it hasn't been dubbed
A continuation of the Kodocha anime is very unlikely, as it has been 11 years since the anime finished airing. Actually, it has NOT been 11 years. its been like, three. the dub was held off for a year and a half, and they are currently working on and off on it. they also didnt have the copywrite stuff, so that also served an issue for a while. but i expect season 3 English to be out in the coming year or so.season 4 shortly after.
Kodocha was created in 1996.
they wont
they wont be funimation stop dubbing the series because it wasn't that popular, but I'm gonna write them a letter and try to get them to resume dubbing, but don't get your hopes up cause i don't really know if it will work , but ill try. :)
