As much a I love south park, yes alot of people would think this is wrong, and you would probably regret it later on in life. So nickname your baby butters instead :)

I'm not quite sure what you're asking here, but he does get rolled into the river in a car by his mother in the episode Butters' Very Own Episode (episode 14, season 5).
