No. Sadly the best speedy move in the game is only available to a select few of pokemon. Arcanine, Dragonite, Rayquaza, Lucario, Togekiss, and Arceus are the only ones that can learn this move.

Actually, I recommend Metal Claw or Flash Cannon whats the point of Fighting and STEEL , I personally think Aura Sphere, Metal Claw, Bone Rush and Close Combat is good. Swords Dance would also be good doubling the attack stats or lucario. Aura Sphere for your basic fighting attack. Metal Claw for the Ghost types with levitate such as Genger and Mismagius. Bone Rush for electric types, I would say earthquake but it attack damage on all, even your TEAMMATE (if you have one) and Close Combat for a ultimate move. I also recommend having White Herb on Lucario. It'll help you alot when your using a move such as Close Combat. ....Obivously Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse, Calm Mind, and Falsh cannon. Lucario gets stab from aura sphere and flash cannon. Make sure lucario ur lucario is a timid nature.

Blaziken can't learn close combat. But if you have a Blaziken and want it to learn a powerful fighting type move I suggest you try the TM 52: Focus Blast. It works a lot better since most rock and steel types have a lot higher defense than sp.def, and it doesn't make you defense go down like close combat.
