Tsunade regains consciousness after being in acoma ijn time when Kakakshi is almost made Hokage. She returns as Hokage then attends the Gokage summit.

Orochimaru gets sealed in Itachi's spirit sword in volume 43. Sasuke tired to use pwoer he didn't have afte he tried to beat Itachi, and Orhicmaru used a snake to come out of Sasuke's curse mark then eh revealed himself to Itachi coming out of the snakes mouth.
