Its not. There will never be a third movie. That is because both camps came together. + in the second movie there are hints and clues that tell us that there wont be a third. For example, Take a look at HSM (high school musical) during the third movie there were MANY hints that told us there isint a 4th one coming our way. BUT Harry Potter is in every movie giving us hints that there is a next one.
