they working on it, that's what i heard and the singer cobra gonna be in it, KY-mani Marley comfirmed it, they supposed to be shooting it January 2008, but i haven't heard anything, maybe it is because the director is working on another movie name G.E.D, just check his myspace page from time to time , his name is cess silvera
