I think the only real similarities between the Hartwicke's and Eglantine Price, is that they are witches, and elderly. Aside from that, there is no real comparison. The Hartwicke's aren't exactly evil perse, not directly anyway, it's their possessed dolls that do their bidding, or get into mischief on their own; but they don't do anything to stop it from happening either. Eglantine has nothing but positive motives and intentions. So, they aren't very similar at all.
