Finn and Rachel haven't got back together because of Quinn getting in the way.
In a few weeks, an episode called 'Born This Way' will be released in the UK, showing Finn's relationship with Quinn getting stronger.
Finn does appear to have feelings for Rachel, but his popularity status remains in the hands of Quinn so it's unlikely Finn and Rachel will get together any time soon.

∙ 9y agoIn Season 4, Ep 19, they were still in love with each other, but as of Season 5, Ep 20, Finn has passed away, and therefore they can no longer be together.
