You're question is kind of vague, but I can tell you how to get Palkia and Dialga in Plainum. First, you have to beat the Elite Four and the Champion of the Pokemon Legues and then go to Celestic Town. Go into Cynthia's house and talk to the old woman and she'll tell you she found information about ancient lengendary Pokemon in the shrine. She'll show you a picture of Palkia and Dialga. After that you can go to Mt. Coronet and use Waterfall on that large waterfall you see going to Spear Pillar. Go up the waterfall and there should be a cave. Inside there are two Poke Balls. Pick them both up (one contatins the Adamant Orb and one contains the Lusterous Orb). Then go to Spear Pillar and when you walk to the back there should be a blue portal. Go up to it and press A and you'll battle Dialga. After you catch/defeat it you can go out back into the cave and come out again and there'll be a pinkish portal in Spear Pillar. Go up to it and press A and you'll battle Palkia. Dialga always shows up first. Be prepared, they're strong. Hope this is what you're looking for!
