You should've gotten it on your first visit to Jubilife. Some random guy will ask you to talk to three clowns, who'll give you coupons. Then talk to the guy again and he'll give you your Poke'tch.

∙ 12y agothere is no pokephone ,but you can get a Pokemon Flute and get ar code for it press L R in any pokemart,
and a green dude is there and he gives u a flute play it where u know mt coronet the summit spier piller the most lenandary Pokemon will apper!!! he is level 80 use master ball is hard to catch!!!
