Once you get the key ( not works key, the storage key. ) There will be a small room before the stairs. go next to the computer and there will be a dusk stone. This can be used to evolve Misdreavus into Mismagius or it can be used on other dark types.

∙ 10y agoFirst, go to veilstone city and find a galactic grunt outside the galactic's HQ. He will give you a key. Then go to galactic's warehouse and insert the key then it will be open. You must look everywhere, then you'll find a DUSK STONE!!!
