You find rare candies all over sinnoh. When i first made a person on diamond i lost all my data but before that i find rare candies every where. So sometimes they are common and sometimes they are RARE.
a few of them you can find by Surfing over some of the small ponds in the weaker areas.

∙ 12y agoYou need to find them or catch a Pokemon that has the ability Pick Up, train the Pokemon to a high level and you might get lucky. You can also buy them at the battle arena prize place once you have beat the Elite Four and got the National Pokedex.

Solaceon Ruins
Mt. Coronet
Victory Road
Stark Mountain
They can also be obtained from the pickup ability, using the poketch app dowsing, and the battle park.

∙ 12y agoYou can get an action replay and use it there should be a code to get 995 rare candies when you run out you can do the cheat again I got the action replay tried it and I'm 100 percent true it works
