Google something like "Doctor Who Theme" (another idea; look it up on youtube, then use a website like vixy.net to convert it to a WAV and download it)

Wow, could've sworn I'd already answered this question... okay; There is a font on DaFont.com that is a perfect wonderful Doctor Who font that is based upon the post-2010 titles (just go on DF.com, search 'Doctor Who' and you'll find it.). If you're looking for a font of the titles that are pre-2010, I'm very sorry but I can't help you there.

It's on the album "Doctor Who: Variations on a Theme" which was released in the late 1980s. It's been issued a few times on CD and was used as the theme for a series of VHS retrospectives put out by BBC Video (The Hartnell Years, etc). Get thee to eBay (just make sure to avoid the square CD edition - that thing never worked properly).
