If the movie does contain the subtitles within the movie file itself then I don't know how to answer your question. If, however, the movie file you downloaded does not contain subtitles, then you probably downloaded a separate subtitle file (such as a .srt). Your Zen probably can't handle the subtitle file and thusly you should try to find a movie file that includes the subtitles you want in the movie itself, rather than as a separate subtitle file.

A file extention isn't needed but when your the file has a file extention the computer can easily find the appropiate program to run it. If a file doesnt have a file extension the computer will require you to find the appropiate program with means more work for you to do
If minecraft isn't working I suggest going onto your texture packs and click open the folder thing then find your .bin file and delete it. Don't worry it will as you might say 'respawn'. Hope this helped. :D
