First, you have to do all the odd missions and Arkvoodle cults in Bay City, Albian and Takoshima. Then in the last Arkvoodle Cult in Albian, Shama Llama is going to tell you to go to Bay City and do the last Arkvoodle Cult. Then, after that, you go to Albian and do the last Arkvoodle Cult, when that's finish you go to Takoshima and the last Arkvoodle Cult appears. Next, talk to Shama Llama, but you have to have 30 artifacts to talk to Shama Llama and do the three last missions. After that, Arkvoodle is going to tell you to find the burrow beast in zen temple.
