you go to solaceon town then go to route 209 then look on the right. you will see a tall,grey tower enter it then go to the fourth floor (don't count the entrance ) then you will see two old ladys. the one on the left gives you the hm strength and the one on the right gives you a cleanse tag.

you can get a riolu, which evolve into lucario, by hatching the egg the man in Iron Island's cave gives to you

you can get gyarados by either using a super rod or just evolving magikarp

you can get Abra, which evolve into alakazam, in routes 203 and 215

you can get ralts, which can evolve into gallade or gardevoir, by using pokeradar in route 203 or the southern part of 204
