You can also buy it on itunes, or watch it on youtube. But the Fruits Basket manga by Natsuki Takaya is SOOO much better, and you should try that. Borders, Books-a-Million, and all other book stores carry all the volumes

you can watch it online without downloading just go to google and type Fruits Basket episode # (whatever episode you are watching) English (your language, if Japanese don't do subbed or dubbed) Subbed or Dubbed* Or go to Netflix (if you have an account, NOT FREE!) and search fruits basket* note only type what is written in bold (READ PARENTHESES)
Not sure why they did, cuz its really popular. You can buy it on itunes, or at bookstores, but my local library carries Fruits Basket dvds, and you can watch it English dubbed on youtube, you just have to watch episodes in parts.
