Excellent question. It might be I Love Lucy. After reading some of the episode descriptions, the episodes that aired April 1st & April 8th 1954... Tennessee Ernie Visits & Tennessee Ernie Hangs On may be the first 2 part episode. The plot of Tennessee Ernie Ford staying with the Ricardos lasts through both episodes.
I honestly doubt her name was ever stated, though I'm open! She was always Mrs. McGillicuddy, including in a letter to Lucy! I would think her first name would be stated in either the Ricardos' marriage certificate, or in Lucy's birth certificate, but I can't find any evidence. Did you know Mrs. Trumbell's first name was Matilda?
For such a large estate, it appears to have only two household staff members. Frau Schmidt, the housekeeper, is played by Norma Varden. Franz, the butler, is played by Gilchrist Stuart (aka Gil Stuart).

Well it depends on where you want them to sleep. They can sleep downstairs or upstairs. They love dog beds. I do not have one but I have a book all about dogs and they pretty much sleep wherever. Because they have very prominent bones with little padding, they need to sleep on a very soft, padded surface. They love large sofas and king size beds.
The last time you see Anthony is when he is getting a carriage for them so they can runaway, telling Johanna to wait for him there, then she hears a women coming upstairs so she hides. Benjamin Barker ( Sweeney Todd) comes upstairs ,kills the woman ( not knowing its his wife), the judge and almost his own daughter Johanna( because she is in disguise as a boy). But he heard Mrs lovett scream and ran downstairs... so you can assume this means Anthony brought the carriage , and they runaway and get married ( or just fall in love)... and Johanna never finds out what happened that day... or Anthony might have been shocked to see blood all over the place when he returned, and Johanna may have been curious to why someone screamed downstairs so they both go downstairs revealing Benjamin, the woman( Benjamin's wife Lucy) dead and a bunch of blood ... ( or Toby.)
