Where do catch arcis in Pokemon Diamond?

I think you may be reffering to the Pokemon called Arceus. If so you MUST either have gone to a Nintendo event, have an Action Replay or received this through Wi- Fi connection. The item you need is called an Azure Flute. After obtaining this, go into a Pokemon Mart. A man in a green uniform will be standing near the counter. Speak to him. He will then hand you an item called an Azure Flute. Now if you want to obtain Arceus immediately, head straight for Spear Pillar. I would suggest buying repels beforehand. Once at the top, step on the floor tile that looks like a flute. The game will then say, "The Azure Flute is making a noise! Would you like to blow into it?" Choose "Yes." Suddenly the eerie music you usually hear will stop abruptly. For about five seconds there will be a chilling silence. Then you hear music playing like the sound of a flute. Then both screens on your DS will turn white. When it fades back into color the game will say, "A golden staircase appeared!" Then you walk up the stairs and more music starts playing. If you have heard the music when the title screen apppears along with a 3D image of Dialga below it, you'll know the song when you hear it. But instead of the normal tune, it is deformed. When you reach the top, you will see a Pokemon call on the bottom of your screen. A question mark will appear above your character's head. Automatically your character walks forward. You will see a Pokemon appear. Walk up to it and engage in battle. Caution: it is at level 80. Be sure to save before using the Azure Flute in the first place. If you have a Master Ball in your bag, you should use that. Arceus is not completely a secret kept by Nintendo. Go to the Canalave Library and on the top floor, click on the first big bookshelf. A book on the is titled "The Original Story." This is a reference to Arceus. Hope you find this useful!

You can't catch one.But you can catch a Growlith down on Violet City or Ecruteak City?I forgot but just try both.

whoever says you can catch a growlith in soul silver YOU ARE A LIAR! you can only get growlith in heartgold.

you get it the same way as in Pokemon heartgold. you can catch a growlithe on route 47 and then evolve it into a Arcanine by using a fire stone on it.( you could buy fire stones in several stores)
