According to him himself; no. He believes his mother forgot all about him and repaced him with another child, (which was sleeping in Peter's bed.) His father or any siblings has never been officially mentioned. And even if, Peter has exsisted for so many decades if not even centuries, that his blood family would probably have been long dead. Wendy' smother mentions Peter Pan was a mythic legend already when she herself was a child. Peter may consider the Lost Boys a some sort of a family though, as he plays a "father-figure" to them. And of course he takes Wendy as his mother-figure. But as for a family in blood ties - no.
