It's never in one particular place, but I've found it in a bunch of places. I don't think they're very rare. I see them all the time. You can look in the binoculars on the second floor of the building to see if there are any croagunks out and about, so to speak.

∙ 14y agoin platinum you don't need to you can just go to route 212 if diamond or pearl before you take the marsh go up the stairs and use the binoculars they cost $100 per usage
