Where do you find Dialga in diamond?

To get Dialga in Soul Silver you must first trade over Arceus from a different game. Then with Arceus in the front of your party go into the building in the Ruins of Alph. You will then experience some wierd things and you will be at the Sinjoh Ruins. Exit and follow the hiker. When you are at the cabin put all your Pokemon except for Arceus in the PC. Talk to Cinthia. Then go back to the Sinjoh Ruins. Talk to Cinthia again and you will have the choice of getting Dialga, Palkia, or Giratina.

In order to find/capture dialga in Pokemon diamond you start in Mt. coronet and try to find a way to get to the top of mt.coronet which is the spear pillar

you must use Pokemon Diamond Go to Temporal tower. Catch him (Level 70 I belive) Then trade him to Your Soul silver.
You cannot catch Dialga, but you could trade it over onto soul silver OR trade an Arceus from D/P/Pt and use it for an event and get an Dialga egg.
