after u beat the elite four the spring path apears under veilstone city. you will need rock climb, surf, rock smash, and defog. dusk balls are best to catch it. after you catch it, keep going back to the spot you found it and there will be a bone that's worth alot of money each time. Once completed the game After you defeat the Elite 4, a new area appears east of the route between the eastern Lakefront and Veilstone City. Go there until you get to a lake. Go to the cave in there and then you have to go until you find Giratina. I don't know how exactly the cave works, but I did it with always going north. Also, if you go back to the door you came from, you get teleported back to the cave entrance.
