You can get them at the lake's. they are lake verity lake valor and something else. mesprit is a roaming pokemon, which means that it roam's around sinnoh, and you can track it's location using the marking map pokeketch app.

No... so sorry. Next time SAVE before you try to catch a legendary being that you can't see again if you defeat it. You won't ever get Uxie unless you trade. But at least Uxie was registered in your pokedex.

You go to them, save, and turn off your game until they are shiny. Unless you want to turn off your ds about 24,000 times, I would recommend just living with having unshiny Uxie, Azelf, and Mesprit. By the way, Mesprit is so hard to catch anyway that it would be incredibly rare to find a shiny one.
