You get it in wayward cave you go down cycling road and turn right and there should be a couple of trees cut them and go all the way down the right lane until you see the cave then search the cave and you will find earthquake.

you go into the desert resort then into the place surounded by darmanitan (in zen mode).Go down the correct number of stairs, you have to have beaten the fifth gym leader and might have to fall in the quick sand afew times .then you will see a door(you have to beat the elete four to see this)inside there is volcorona its name is uglamoth in japanese but youre not really looking for that go down the steps enter the door KEEP GOING FORWARD then go up the tangeling steps then at the top you will seethe other part of the castle and a pokeball pick it up that is earthquake.If you also want volcoronago down at the steps and then go to the left (east)when the doors passing by end go up one of the seven sages are there there will be pictures of volcorona talk to him looker will apear take away the sage,then you walk forward volcorona will be at level 70.
