If it's out of print, that means that no one has it for sale.......however, to find out if any movie is on DVD, go to Google, and enter the title of the movie, and 'DVD" as in, "Gone with the Wind DVD"...and you will get information.......
You go to special features on the main menu and it should show them all and one of them will be the audio commentary. Below that it should say on and off, with your DVD remote you click off then play the movie. It should be turned off after that. You do the same if you want to turn it back on. Except this time you will click on instead of off
