You will need surf,strength and rock smash to get TM01 Focus Punch. Go to Oreburgh City and head west and enter Oreburgh Gate. Head west through the cave and before the hiker head north. Head down 2 flights of stairs. Head south and use surf on the water. Go west and get off, battle Veteran Grant and go down the stairs then north. You see the pokeball containing TM01 Focus Punch.
