You have to have Pokemon ranger and beat the game. Then you unlock ranger net and enter a code with the buttons and you will get a special mission. Complete it and you will be able to transfer the Manaphy egg from Pokemon rander to dimond or pearl.

∙ 12y agoIn order to get a Manaphy egg in Pokemon Platinum, you will need to either,
1. Trade with someone who has a Manaphy egg.
2. Wi-Fi events.
3. Complete the special Ranger missions in Pokemon Ranger, Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia, or Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs and transfer the Manaphy Egg to Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum.

∙ 13y agoYou'll have to complete the Pokemon Ranger Game (either Shadows of Almia or just Pokemon Ranger), then after you defeat the game go to the ranger net and find the mission that involves manaphy. You can even look up the information by using search engines (that's what I did to find out about this information).
