3:the newspaper guy in salaceon town when he ask`s you to get a Pokemon for the newspaper (or article) you have to get him the Pokemon he ask`s for 99 times in a row cause a masterball has a 99.9% catch rate.it`ll take ages to do it propely but just change the date on the ds settings simple.
