This TM is reasonably easy to get if you have progressed far in the game, like I have. Go to Jubilife City, and look for the Trainers School. It is a building with a red roof, just to the left of the Poke Centre. Battle the two school kids standing next to each other. They both have a Lv6 ABRA, so they are quite easy to defeat. Once this has been done, talk to the boy on the left and he will give you the TM. Good Luck!

∙ 12y agoeasy you first get it in jubilife city once you beat the girl and her friend in the trainers school then if you want more go to veilstone city and go to the house that's on the same stair area as the veilstone city gym and talk to the clown in the left house and guess what hand the coin case is in (he'll trick you) then you get a coin case then you can go to the game arcade and by some coins try going for 500 for $10,000 and then go to the house next to the arcade and talk to the man at the counter (you need at least 1000 coins to by something) (1000 coins for an item and 2000 and up for a TM) Get at least 6000 coins and talk to the guy and search through the TMs for 6000 coins and he'll say "Do you want TM hidden power" and then you press the A button and then there you have the TM hidden power
Well actually in Platinium it changes slightly.In jublife if you beat those trainers in the school you will only get a potion..so Veilstone is pretty much the only way.

∙ 13y agoLake of Rage, you surf to the left in the Lake and there will be a maze of trees to go through till' you reach a house where the man in it gives you the TM Hidden Power.
