Well if you go to jubilife city into the poketch company building(it's the one with two doors)there's a guy next to the front counter he'll give you a lot of them just keep talking to him and then there is a guy in the day-care center I think he gives you one and the last person is a girl in one of the hotel buildings(they are white with blue roofs)by pastoria or lake valor the one that she's in has two girls inside it.
