I Assume You Mean Shaymin, and you can only catch it via Nintendo wifi event or trade, im not sure when the next shaymin event is however.

∙ 14y agofirst you need to beat the elite four, then u need to go to the path in victory road that was blocked by a hiker, plus some chick will tag along with u (i forgot her name) she has black hair and she is going to the same place u r, then follow the path around to get to a place that is close to leaving the outside she will leave u, then follow the way she went and when ur out side find big silver rock and that is shaymins rock.
to get shaymin u need oaks letter go to pokemart and talk to a man in green and go back to shaymins rock professer oak will be there he will want u to write something in the rock so say something and he will put it in then alond path will appear and shaymin will come down he will see u and run back up the path follow him there is no battleing people on the path then all the way up the path in flower paradise will be sahymin
ps: u need AR and the path is really really really long.
