He goes to Alaska and stays with the only other Vampire clan apart from themselves that doesn't drink human blood- the Denali clan, which consists of vampires Kate, Tanya, Eleazar and Carmen- to seek their advice about what he should do with Bella. At that point in the book, Edward felt that he couldn't trust himself to be around with Bella without killing her, and he needed time away from her to discover his feelings for her.

I have seen the trailor of the twilight movie New moon and there was not so much scenes with Edward but there were tons of scenes with Jacob and Bella what's up with that?
Obviously you haven't read the book or seen any fan videos. In New Moon, you will only see Edward at the beginning and the end. Edward leaves Bella..and Jacob becomes closer to Bella.ok so where exactly did you see the new moon trailer, from what ive heard and look at most, like all, out there are fan made, the offical trailer isn't out yet, but most fans have Jacob in it alot because he is one of the main characters in new moon, and the cullens leave Bella because edward wasnt thinkin straight and wanted Bella away from danger, but that just put her in more danger, according to him...Edward is in New Moon for the beginning and a lot of the end, at least half the filmEdward is also in Bella's Dreams.EDWARD APPEARS TO BELLA IN THE FILM, AS HE GETS TO BE IN THE FILM MORE
