You can only get pregnant when an egg is released from the ovary. Two days after there is no egg.
Puberty.
It sheds and is expelled from the body. This process is known as menstruation or a period and happens on average every 28 days from the time a woman first releases an egg during puberty until menopause.
Puberty is related to reproduction because once a female is in puberty i.e on her periods now and then she releases an egg so when she is having sexual intercourse with a male who is also in puberty the sperm cells will reach the egg causing reproduction.
Puberty?
Puberty.
Normally one egg will mature during each menstrual cycle - but there are obvious exceptions. Fraternal twins come from more than one egg maturing, being released and then fertilized.
Babies are born with ovum. When puberty hits, the eggs are released once a month (more or less). A fertilized egg pauses the process for about nine months.
It begins at puberty.
The egg will make it's way down to the womb which takes around 3 days. If it isn't fertilised by sperm, the blood womb lining (period) will be released and the egg will come out with it. The egg is microscopic so you won't see it on your tampon.
