1.Use a Pokemon's HM Fly and go to Hearthome City. After arriving, head west on Route 208.
Enter the cave to Mt. Coronet from Route 208, which will be highly visible.
Head west from the entrance to the farthest wall on the opposite side. When you hit that wall, head north to hit another wall and then surf across the pond. Use Rock Climb to go up the wall and then go up the stairs.
Go north, then west and have a Pokemon use the HM Strength to move a boulder as you head south. After clearing the narrow hallway with the boulder, head north through a couple turns until you reach the northernmost wall of the room. Go through the door there.
Go up the flight of stairs, head north upon exiting, take a short turn west, and then go south to a doorway.
Go east and north after exiting the doorway. Have a Pokemon use Rock Climb when you come to a wall where there is a spot for a Pokemon to climb up. Go west briefly, then south to push a boulder out of the way with the HM Strength, then west and finally north through some grass to a doorway.
Go north from the doorway all the way to the back wall of the room and have a Pokemon use Rock Climb to go up the wall in the way. Go east, with a short turn south, and then east to a doorway.
Go north from the doorway and take a staircase down to a narrow path. Follow the path as far north as it will go, face west, and have a Pokemon use Rock Climb to go up the wall. Go west and when you exit some grass, take three steps south and enter a doorway to the east.
Go east along the only route available and then up the staircase. The next two areas are small areas with only one available route to a set of stairs and a doorway. Go up the set of stairs and through the doorway to exit to the top of Mt. Coronet.
It depends, to get dialga or palkia in oreburgh
First you have to free Mesprit, Azelf, and Uxie from the Galactic Building in Veilstone City. Then go to Mt. Coronet by Hearthome city. There is an exit by the north side of it. You should know what to do now.

Mt. Coronet is in Pokemon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum, not Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. You must be thinking about Mt. Pyre.

I've played this game over and over and never remember needing to find my rival in Mt. Coronet. If you're in the part where Prof. Rowan tells you that you should check on your rival, head up to Snowpoint city. Go thorugh Mt. Coronet and you should find yourself in snowy route 216 when you exit. Sorry if this doesn't answer your question, but I know for a fact that you never have to find your rival in Mt. Coronet.
at the top of mt coronet(arch=spear pillar)
You can get clefairy in 2 ways: 1. First you need a ditto and a cleffable. Then you put them at the day care. After a while of walking around, there will be an egg. When it hatches it will be a cleffa. You can level it up until it is a clefairy. 2. You can trade clefairy from Fire Red or Leaf Green onto emerald.
