its near fullmoon island but you need to beat the elite four catch all the pokemons every single one. then use action replay then go to hearthrome city where Cynthia will talk to you about the Pokemon dark portal the go to fullmoon island and it should be there.reccomand to have 99 ultra ball and dusk ball because its frakin hard but i have it the masterball.
